At Undigital, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original state.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
